I have been using various versions of Word for 15 years but have not
used the Table of Authorities feature. I have generated my Table of
Authorities using a third-party program, a program that is no longer
supported. I am looking for an article that explains the ins-and-outs of
the Table of Authorities feature. Particularly I am interested in how to
set up the fields so that I can copy from on document to another with
minimal adjustments and that I can add discussion of a case to an
earlier part of the brief without creating problems.

Documents in Word 2003 Legal User's Guide
