How to secure paragraph or some text in word file.

Hello experts,

I want to know if there any way, How to apply security on particular
sentence, paragraph or words in word file.

For example:
I am making a word documnet, and at one position I am writing like-
Doc Created By: Atul Kumar

So I want to secure this so that no one one could change my name by his
name
if he modifies something in documnet.

Please clarify me this functionality.
