Multiple Instances of Graphic?
Can you reference a graphic multiple times in a Word document, so that you don't have to import the same graphic repeatedly, bloating the file size? -- Cardlaw |

Well, you can reference one but Word still keeps multiple copies. As far as
I know there is no wy to do anything about it. If you insert the graphic as a link, it won't be embedded in the document at
all. If you must embed it, you could bookmark it and use Insert | Reference | Cross-reference to Bookmark Text. -- Suzanne S.
