Default how do I suspend page numbering?

eg for contents of an appendix at the end of each chapter, then restart page
numbering at beginning of next chapter pleeease?

Default how do I suspend page numbering?

You need to place each appendix in a separate Word section, by inserting
section breaks. For each of the appendix sections you would then unlink
headers (or footers, depending on where your page numbers reside) so that
you can delete the page numbers. The general principles are described in the
