Default Going back to the page after using hyperlink

I searched previous post and found that the best way is to display the web
toolbar. However, this document is going to be read by several people at
different times and locations. Is there anything to put in the document
itself to return without having to give instructions for the web toolbar? For
example: I have a table of contents and hyperlinks to each area and I have
(back to table of content) hyperlinks in each section. But, I also have some
words highlighted in later sections that reference earlier areas that
explained the process for easy access to the reader. So, when the click on
the reference, they are sent 24 pages up to the section€¦. How do I get them
back easily? Or should I just make a note for them to see the section instead
of the hyperlink€¦€¦ is trying to make it easier going making it harder? ïŠ
Thanks everyone.

Note that an easy way to go back after you've clicked a hyperlink is the
GoBack command (press Alt+Left arrow). And if you are using a recent version
of Word you can add the Go to TOC command to a toolbar (or to the Quick
Access Toolbar if you are using Word 2007).
