Default HOW DO I KNOW THE INTEGER VALUE OF A FONT

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO FIND THE INTEGER VALUE OF THE FONTS IN MICROSOFT
WORD. AN EXAMPLE WOULD BE (#10 = 1/4), IN OTHER WORDS A #10 FONT WOULD BE
1/4" HIGH.
