Default Referencing cells in a table

Is there any way to view the cell reference numbers for tables in Word 2003.
I am referencing cells in my formulas in Word, and am having to count the
rows and columns to arrive at the correct cell reference number.

Go to http://word.mvps.org/faqs/apperrors/...eIncorrect.htm and follow
the link to download the old Macros8.dot, which contains the TableCellHelper
macro.
