tracking changes
I have a problem! I have a document that I need to submit for approval to an
agency that needs me to submit in version but with all changes reflected. So I created a *.doc for submission, tracked all changes made in blue. I now them must resubmit and track all secondary changes in red and primary changes in blue. Can I do this in word? |

You can't choose the colors Word will use, but it you choose By Author
(Tools | Options | Track Changes) and then change your name (even slightly) on the User Info tab of Tools | Options, the second round of changes will use a different color. -- Suzanne S.
