limit templates being displayed to custom user created ones only?
Hello,
I have a client who wishes to limit the templates being displayed to a set of their own only - ie all the microsoft ones are hidden. This is in word 2003. Anyone know how I can achieve this? Cheers Paul. |

Cheers Paul. It can't be done by deleting any files. You have to literally uninstall the supplied templates from Office. Go to Add/Remove Programs and choose to change the Office installation. In the second of the setup dialogs, check the box for a custom setup. When you get to the list of features, set the Word templates to "Not available" and click the Update button. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
