Default have lost my toolbar in microsoft office word document

Suanne Barnhill. You kindly answered my previous question, but I am still
having a problem with my toolbar. I am unable to find the basic toolbar with
file, edit, tools, view etc. I have another toolbar, the more detailed one,
with page layout, insert, etc. but it is of no help and covers up the top
half of the blank document when it is dropped down. Can you help me? Thanks.
