Hello,
I received a Word document from another person, and need to edit the document.
When the document arrived, it contained footers and at the top of each
footer is a line. It's like a border line, but it doesn't show up if I try
to access using the format borders settings. I need to remove the line.
What can I do?

If it isn't a border, it may be an underline of the previous paragraph. See

The Control/Q worked when I selected the area containing the line.
