Does Word 2003 have a "fit to page" icon button? I can't find one.

There's a 'shrink to fit' button on the page preview view.

Thanks for the good information, Suzanne. I like the idea of the "quick fix
button," but your options, especially the 1 idea for multiple spacing, are
excellent solutions.

You're welcome. I prefer to control what's going on and be able to Undo any
specific setting that doesn't do what I need.
