Default How do I prevengt users from modifying a template

I have several Word templates.

What properties do I need to set for the following:

The user opens the template, fills in the appropriate information, prints
the document, then exits WITHOUT being able to save the document or modify
the template.

TIA

Regards,

Roy

If you use the template correctly ie open new document from it, the template
remains unchanged whatever the user does with the document.
