The new blank document is the file normal.dot. Find this (C:\Documents and
settings\(yourname)\Application data\Microsoft\template\ sand change it.
You can also change the parameters of the file (ToolsOptions and View)
to suit your requirements. You may get a message like "do you really want
to overwrite".
