Default I want to set up recurring meetings in Outlook but with irregular.

I know how to set up recurring meetings but I have one meeting that happens
on specific dates which are not recurring on a weekly two weekly or monthly
basis. I want to be able to specify dates without having to create lots of
meetings. Can anyone help?
