Disable write protection word 2002
I am running Word 2002. I received a document and I can't edit it.
I'm not sure how the write protection is implemented. I tried changing macro security to high, and disabling VBA, but it didn't allow me to edit. I am able to save as RTF, then open in Wordpad and re-save as something else. But then I lose a lot of the formatting. Anyone know how to disable the write protection? And out of curiosity, how the heck did they set up the protection? |
