all my fonts are much smaller than before since typing1/2
After typing a date e.g 23rd, the rd went very small and raised up and all
following words typed were in the reduced size. Now all fonts come out much smaller. How can I get back to normal size for the fonts? |

How can I get back to normal size for the fonts? The small characters are formatted as superscripts. Select them and press the Ctrl+Shift+= shortcut, or go the long way through the menu Format Font and uncheck the Superscript box. If you don't want Word to automatically format the letters (ordinals), go to Tools AutoCorrect Options, click the AutoFormat As You Type tab, and uncheck "Ordinals (1st) with superscript". You may also want to uncheck most of the rest of the options there -- see http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Format...AutoFormat.htm. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
