Is there a way to embed email addresses in a Word doc or template, so the doc
can be sent to the same recipients each time it is created? |

Almost anything is possible. You could "embed" the email addresses in the
code. See the article "How to send an email from Word using VBA" at: http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/InterDev/SendMail.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "jack_shipley" wrote in message ...
