Default Why are there no e-mail buttons in word.

Why are there no e-mail buttons in word even thought I have an internet
provider. When I click on a "contact us" button for a site, I am transfered
to word but see no way to "send" the message.

It would appear that you have selected Word as your email editor, but you
still need to have an email client. This might be Outlook or Outlook
Express; it needs to be selected in Control Panel | Internet Options |
Programs.
