Default X ANY PAGINATION

I have a word document that I am trying to paginate...with that being said I
would like to add the phrase (1 of 1) or (1 of 4) to certain pages...In
English, how do I accomplish this task...PLEASE HELP!!!

Default X ANY PAGINATION

View Header and Footer...

Put your insertion point (cursor) where you want the information to show up.
In the header for top of page, in footer for bottom.

A toolbar will pop up with AutoText available. Find the Page X of Y entry
and use it.
