I'm in search of a template w/styles defined for an Installation, Operation &
Maintenance Manual. Format: 8.5x11, Word doc containing headers, footers,
sections with numbered listings, major headings and 2-3 levels of subs,
hyperlinks from TOC entries to sections.

Anything close to above will be helpful. I can set-up and change whatever is
not needed or add missing elements.
