Default Pop-up message about Document Inspector

A document I'm working with displays the following alert message every time I
hit Save:

"Privacy warning: This document contains macros, ActiveX controls, XML
expansion pack information, or Web components. These may include personal
information that cannot be removed by the Document Inspector."

How do I find (so I can remove) the item(s) causing this message? There are
no such items that I know of, so I don't know how to make the messages stop.

Thanks.

Hopefully, the following will be helpful (see especially the end of the
article -- How do I find and remove hidden data and personal information in
my Office documents?):

Thanks, but that actually talks about using the Document Inspector for
removing hidden items. The message that keeps popping up for my document is
about hidden items the Document Inspector CAN'T remove. It obviously sees
something there, so I want it to tell me what and/or where they are so I can
control or remove them.
