How do I reduce my word art document?
I created several word art documents in 8 1/2 by 11 size. I need to reduce
them to 2x2 to make a catalog. Any suggestions? Microsoft Word Art 2000. Is there another software product I can purchase to shrink these documents without disturbing the content. I need to move it to another page. |

Are you referring to a Word document or a WordArt graphic object in a

Select a page and copy it using Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C. Open a new blank document
and use Edit, Paste Special, Microsoft Office Word Document Object. You can now double-click the pasted object and use the Size tab to resize it to your requirements. -- Terry Farrell - Word MVP http://word.mvps.org/ "scripture" wrote in message ... :I created several word art documents in 8 1/2 by 11 size.
