How do I enable Select All in Styles and Formatting?
I want to click on a paragraph and select all instances of that style in the
document. Problem: the Select All button (in the Styles and Formatting pane) is disabled (grayed out). If I right-click over the style name in the list, the context menu also has Select All grayed out (specifically, it says "Select All: Not Currently Used"). I don't know how this got disabled and I don't know how to fix it. Can anyone give me some ideas? Thanks. |

For this feature to be available, you must have "Keep track of formatting"
checked on the Edit tab of Tools | Options. -- Suzanne S.
