Word should display list of all fonts used in a document.
While working on a large document where sections are owned by different
people, the formatting structure of the document becomes difficult to manage. We can look at a specific example (font) which is difficult to check. Often the font style & size, italic status / bold status etc. is difficult to track. It is cumbersome for users to go through the document and check for inconsistencies. If a feature is available which would list all the fonts (such as style, size etc.) used in the document along with the details about the location of them it would be of great help to the user to remove formatting inconsistencies in the document. The feature can be enhanced to include details about other formatting features such as Paragraph formatting etc. later. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
