Why does spell checker not work on imported doc?
I have a dcoument prepared by someone else and when I make my edits, the
spell checker/grammar checker will not work, even though it is turned on. I have made typos on purpose, and it still does not read them. HELP |

Why does spell checker not work on imported doc?
Hi Teresa,
It may be that the document's language setting have been set to 'no proofing'. Check under Tools|Language|Set Language. Make sure the correct proofing language is selected and uncheck "Do not check spelling or grammar".
