Default Spellcheck inside tables

Hi
I'm having trouble shceckingspelling of text that I type inside cells of
tables. I have tried F7 and all the possible settings for spelling and
grammer. I'm using word 2007. it seems it does not even recognize the text
inside tables and skips them completely to the next text within the body! I
also have the same issue with the bibliography. is there a way of checking
spelling of references?

Hi,

Yes.

Do the following:
1. Select the complete table.
2. On the Tools menu, click Spelling and Grammer. The spell checking will
stop after check for spelling within the table only.. You can alos press
Shif+F7

Note: You can alos watch the Spelling and Grammar status button on the
status bar to make sure whether the misspled spelling is show correct.
Because some smelling may be stored in the auxillary dictionar. Therefore it
is your responsibilty to check the spelling.

Hi,

Yes. Select the complete Table and press Shif+F7. Once the spell check is
complete, the dialog displays that the spell check has been completed.

I tried that already. selecting the complete table and pressing shift+F7
doesn't seem to do anything. it would for text within the body. but it just
skips the table and tells me the "word finished checking the selection.."
msg. I purposely types a lot of gybrish in there so I know that spell check
should be detecting something.
