Default Where can I find a delegated authorities template?

Im responsible for engineering and product development in a startup company
and I have been asked to produce a delegated authorities document.

This is a document that says who can do what (spend £X, hire people, accept
orders etc) and when they have to ask someone higher up

I can think of the obvious engineering and financial ones but Im sure ther
are lots more that should be covered.

Does anyone know where I can find a template ? alternatively any kind of
primer that describes what things should be included in such a document would
be greatly appreciated.

Google turns up lots of references but they are specific to individual
organisations and excludes many of the topics that i know will have to be
controlled.

Thanks in advance
Peter

You might want to talk with a local attorney. This is the type of thing
which should be made to fit the situation rather than just grabbed off the
Internet.

This newsgroup is designed to advise on the technical aspects of using Word,
not to give advice on the *content* of documents written in Word. (This
purpose is not apparent if you are using the web interface provided by
Microsoft.) It is not the best place to ask your question, even if you get
some answers. Search the web for examples (using Google at
http://www.google.com/ or another search engine), or use your imagination.

It¹s possible that the MS-hosted bank of templates by MS and third parties
will offer something:
