Default How do I get a works 7.0 document to convert to word 2003?

I tried to install the converter from the control panel for Office 2003 but
it still wont convert the file. I'm positive the file is a wps document from
Works 7.0.

If it is a Works 7 document, the filter supplied with Word 2003 should open
it. if not, you'll need the correct converter. The older ones are linked
from the downloads page of my web site.
