Is there a font smaller than 8 available in Word?
How can I get a font size smaller than 8 when typing a document in Word?
Highlighting the font size and entering in a smaller number doesn't seem to work. |

Highlighting the the font size in the formatting toolbar or font settings
window would be my first suggestion. It has worked for me for years. Have you considered using a different font name and seeing if that clears up the problem. Type the number in the font size box *and press Enter*. You can put in any size from 1 to 1638 points in 0.5 point increments. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
