Can an automatic document path be set up in Word?
Is there a way to have an automatic document path/identifier at the bottom of
a page set up in Word? Presently, I can do this by actually inputting a footer manually, but there must be a way to do this automatically. Thanks. |

Yes, there is a way to do it automatically. Not so automatic that you don't
need to consult Help, but pretty obvious once you have. "hvnbound" wrote in message ... Is there a way to have an automatic document path/identifier at the bottom of a page set up in Word? Put the { FILENAME \p } field in the footer of your document template (but
NOT Normal.dot). -- Suzanne S.
