Default Envelope addressing

I have Word 2000. When I try to print the address on an envelope it comes
out underlined. Why does this happen? I can't find any option for selecting
or deselecting that. Also, when I tried to edit the default return address,
instead of deleting the old text it just put a strike through it and
appended the new text after it.

Thanks for any help.

Default Envelope addressing

It would appear that you have Track Changes enabled. Turn it off and Accept
All Changes in Document.
