How to get dollar sign to appear upper left corner of amount?
I'm creating a template requiring use of Prices and I cannot figure out how
to make the dollar sign auto-format or by any means, to the upper left hand side of the specific price. |

Superscript? Add the superscript button to the formatting toolbar or use
