Default Can I enter and name into Word and have the address fill in?

I have a client that wants to be able to type a vendor name into Word and
have the vendor's address fill in automatically? Can this be done? How?

You can use AutoText feature for that! Just type in the information you
want. Select it and choose AutoText New from the Format menu. It will ask
you what you want to "name" it. EX: Name and address of company will come
up when you type in the word Company. Works great!

Thanks bethg7, I am aware of AutoText and AutoComplete. This person wants to
be able to do this for many clients, I thought I had read one time about
being able to auto fill addresses in Word maybe from an Access database or
Excel data list? Not the same as a merge, more like the autolookup in Access.
Maybe this can't be accomplished in Word?
