Default Removing tracked change markers

I need to be able to edit documents (Word 2003) so that changes from the last
version are highlighted, and I do this by having a margin marker active while
Track Changes is turned on. If I subsequently go back to edit the document
again I only want NEW changes highlighted, not every change that was ever
made. Is this possible?

Default Removing tracked change markers

Accept All Changes in Document, then continue tracking changes.
