Default Envelopes - High and Low

Doing a merge on a form letter that seems to change group to group within my
organization. Does anyone know the of a template or what the sweet spot is
for high & low window envelopes? I spend more time formatting the letter to
show through teh window and hoping for a measurement on where the address
needs to lie to be seen through teh window. Using a Trifold for the envelope.
