Mail Merge Issues
The spreadsheet information being pulled into the maile merge appears in 20
font and in Bold. I have changed the formattting on the spreadsheet and on the actual mail merge and nothing works. How can I make the text appear in 12 font and not bold without changing the format on each individual memo? |

Add a *\ Charformat switch to your mergefield. See Word's Help for an
explanation of how this works. -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA "whitnco25" wrote in message ...
