Default Sending e-mails with word 2007

I try to send a Word 2007 document through E-mail (I am using Windows Mail
in Vista
I Get the message (Logon faild.You must logon to Microsoft Exchange to
access your Address book.)
Could someone tell me how to logon to Microsoft Exchange?

Microsoft Exchange is an expensive corporate communications package for
Windows.
For lesser mortals, Word can only access the Address Book if Outlook is the
default e-mail application.
