Default EULA notice comes up repeatedly ?

Each time I start up any Windows Office 2003 app. the EULA notice comes up.
The installation was error-free and has been activated. The "Detect & Repair"
execution concluded successfully but the notice still pops up. Any
suggestions ?

Log in as Administator and accept the EULA.
