Word - Vista: Address block in mail merge, when I choose the format of
recipients name, instead of getting Mr John Doe and Mrs Jane Smith, I get: 'Doe Family'. I select the proper format from the drop down list, but Vista changes it to 'Doe Family' in my mail merge. What am I doing/not doing??? |

Instead of using the Address Block, just insert the merge fields that you
want to use in the configuration that you want them. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Yes, I have been resorting to that. Once again we go backwards with Vista.
Another quirk for Billy Boy to fix! Thanks for your help anyway. Don't blame that one on Vista. It had nothing to do with it.
