On the Insert menu, click Symbol. Locate the euro symbol, click it and
then click Insert.

For quicker insertion, use the keyboard shortcut, which is displayed
in the dialog box. Note that you can assign a different shortcut if
you want to (just click the Keyboard button).

When you are done, click Close to close the dialog box.
