Default Curropt file

Hi All,
I have a problem with some Office 2003/SP3 users that are trying to open a
rtf file with text boxes in it, they see it with much much more text boxes,
so they can't see the content of the file (flight voucher).
When I open the same file with office 2007/sp 1 I see it perfectly.
I'm kinda lost here and suspect the SP3.
Any thoughts?
Thanks a lot in advance

Do the other computers have Compatibility Pack installed?

Might help!

Thanks Summer but she has the compatibility tool.
The problem was solved when I re-installed office without SP3.
