Default how to create a timeline in word 2003

The following macro will insert the current time at the cursor. Whatever
else you do with the document is a matter for you

Sub InsertTimeLowerCase()
With Selection
.Collapse Direction:=wdCollapseStart
.InsertAfter Format(Time(), "h:mm" & Chr(160) & "am/pm")
.Collapse Direction:=wdCollapseEnd
End With
End Sub
