Default Instructions that don't print

How can I have a page of instructions in a word doc that a user would see
first and follow in order to know how to fill out the doc contents properly,
but none of those instructions would print?

Default

Format the paragraphs of Instructions as HIDDEN text (FORMAT | FONT |
HIDDEN). Then display this text to the user by setting that option - TOOLS |
OPTIONS | DISPLAY | HIDDEN TEXT.

This will show the user the instructions, but the hidden text will not print
- just make sure the HIDDEN TEXT on the PRINT tab of the TOOLS | OPTIONS
dialog box is unchecked (it isn't by default).
