How to copy a PP presentation to WORD, preferably 6 slides per pa.
I have been trying to copy a PP presentation into an appendix in a report.
How can I do this in handout format, i.e. 6 slides per page. Or even, how do I copy without making it a huge document. |

Hi ?B?TmFuY3l6?=,
I have been trying to copy a PP presentation into an appendix in a report. How can I do this in handout format, i.e. 6 slides per page. Or even, how do I copy without making it a huge document. You might want to check out a new utility http://billdilworth.mvps.org/SlideIntoWord.htm I'm not sure it does exactly what you want (6 slides / page) but if it doesn't you might be able to talk Bill into including the functionality :-) Cindy Meister INTER-Solutions, Switzerland http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister (last update Jun 8 2004) http://www.word.mvps.org This reply is posted in the Newsgroup; please post any follow question or reply in the newsgroup and not by e-mail :-) |
