Default hide text from print ?

hi

in word2003, is it possible to display a formfield but not print it?

i've got some formfields in a doc, some are hidden from the user, some
need to be displayed but not printed

the Font.Hidden is therefore not suitable as it can only be used for
one or ther other - above.

help guys.

Since there are separate settings for displaying and printing hidden
text (View and Print tabs of ToolsOptions, respectively), it would
surprise me if it wasn't possible to accomplish what you want with a
macro. Have you considered asking in a programming newsgroup?
