Default carrying bookmarks over to PDF

I have a word document that has multiple bookmarks along with a table of
contents.

I convert it to a PDF file using Acrobat Pro 6.0.

My Table of Contents works fine. However, my bookmarks don't show up.

Is there a way to do this? I haven't received any help in the adobe forum.

Thanks.

G'day "Glenn" ,

You have to load the document in Word and use the PDFMaker facility to
print the file to the PS PDF printer, this will then ensure the
bookmarks and so on will come across nicely.
