Default Question about Fillins

I have created a fillin that reads { FILLIN "Please enter title:" }.
How do I have the contents entered by the user repeat elsewhere in the
document? Basically, I want the title the user enters to appear in the
header. I haven't been able to figure this out and will need specific
wording, if possible.
