Default Word Microsoft Word Help

Hi ?B?V2lsbGlCZWFy?=,

I am just learning Word, and when I click Microsoft Word Help then the
contents I cannot find the Answer Wizard.

Which version of Word? Most recent versions no longer have an "Answer
Wizard".
