Default Keeping the mail merge list in alphabetical order after sorting?

After sorting the mailing list in alphabetical, is there any way to keep that
order... other wise everytime that you need to send out a new mailing you
need to pull up the list than sort so that you can find the recipients easier
than merge...

If there is a way to keep the list in alphabetical order it would save some
time as it takes quite a bit of time to resort it every time

Hi Boaz,

Is there anything preventing the list being sorted at its source?
